Hi! We’re Nick and Jen Taylor. We are the husband-and-wife duo behind Pulse Productions Inc.
We’re passionate about capturing love stories through photography and videography, and we’re so glad you found us! We serve weddings across Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan, creating beautiful memories you’ll cherish forever.

Every love story is one of a kind, and we feel so honored to be part of yours. We do more than take photos and film videos. We dive into your story, capturing the little moments that make it uniquely yours. From shared glances to inside jokes, we focus on the memories that show who you are as a couple.
Our approach is simple. We are passionate about capturing the real, joyful, and heartfelt moments that make your wedding day unforgettable. We will laugh with you, maybe shed a tear during your vows, and most importantly, we will create memories that let you relive your day again and again.

Our True-to-Life approach means we focus on capturing real emotions in real-time. Whether it’s the joy in your eyes as you say “I do” or the laughter shared during your first dance, we document it all in a way that feels natural, emotional, timeless & authentic.
NO TRAVEL FEES OR HIDDEN COSTS
We serve all of Alberta, BC, and Saskatchewan with no additional travel fees or mileage charges. We believe your wedding location shouldn’t limit your options, so we make sure our services are accessible wherever you are.
FULL-DAY COVERAGE, NO TIME LIMITS
Weddings are filled with magical moments from start to finish, and we want to capture them all. That’s why we offer full-day coverage with no time limits in our Full-Day Packages and our Summit Package, ensuring we’re there from the early preparations to the reception celebrations.
The Experience
01. THE FIRST HELLO (INITIAL INQUIRY)
Whether couples find us through Instagram, Google, or a glowing referral from a past client, we believe every love story starts with a conversation.
After filling our our contact form or sending us a DM, we will respond withing 24-48 hours with a warm congratulations on your engagement, our availability, a break down of the specific package you are interested in and an invitation to a discovery call (optional but encouraged)
02. THE DISCOVERY CALL (OPTIONAL BUT HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!)
We offer a friendly, no pressure phone call to get to know each other. This is where we learn about your love story, wedding vision and priorities. We also cover package details and answer any questions you may have.
We like to keep this call casual, fun and informative. It's like chatting with a friend who has 19 years of wedding experience under them.
03. THE BOOKING (LET'S MAKE IT OFFICIAL!)
Once you are ready to book, here is what happens.
First, we send over a contract with your chosen package for signing and an invoice.
We offer payment plans on most of our packages, so if your package does have an option of 2, 3 or 4 payments, your invoices will reflect which payment plan you choose.
Once you have signed the contract and returned it to us along with your first payment, your date would be officially secured with us. We will then send out the contract (signed by us), a receipt, a questionnaire and a link to our welcome guide.
04. PLANNING SUPPORT (TIMELINE HELP)
As the wedding day approaches, we check in to offer help with your timeline, especially for photo & video coverage. We try to make ourselves available at a moments notice via email, text or call if you need assistance, however, during wedding season, weekends are a little tough to get ahold of us. If you do reach out to us on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, we generally respond the following Monday.
05. Just Checking In
We send a final check in email with a reminder to complete/update your questionnaire, confirm timeline details and final balance details.
We also send out e-introduction emails to your other vendors such as coordinator, DJ, venue, etc.
06. THE BIG DAY (WE GOT YOU!)
We arrive early, ready with cameras, timelines, backup gear, & good vibes. We stay low-key, professional and warm, helping everyone feel comfortable in front of our lenses.
07. SNEAK PEEKS (WE KNOW YOU'RE EXCITED!)
Within 72 hours, we send a handful of sneak peek photos that you can share, relive and bask in newlywed bliss. We also deliver a coming soon trailer if you booked video as well.
08. DELIVERY (MEMORIES, PRESERVED!)
Photos are delivered via private online gallery where you can also download them. Your high-resolution photos are delivered between 8-14 weeks with full printing rights.
Films are delivered via private online link where you can download them. Your films are delivered to you between 8-14 weeks. We are now also offering to upload your films to our YouTube Channel. Your films on YouTube remain private and only you and who you choose to have the link will be able to watch them.
