How many photos will we receive?
The number of photographs you receive depends on the package you choose. Our Silver Photo Package includes 250+ edited images, Gold includes 350+, Platinum includes 550+, and Diamond includes 750+ edited images. Every image is carefully reviewed and edited in our true-to-life style before being delivered through an online gallery where you can view, download, and share your photographs.
How long does it take to receive our wedding photographs?
Our typical delivery timeline is 8-14 weeks during peak wedding season. We carefully edit every image to ensure your gallery reflects the story of your wedding day. During the summer months, it can take up to 14 weeks. However, our Summit Package includes an accelerated delivery time. Contact us for more information.
Do you provide RAW photographs?
No. We do not provide RAW photographs. RAW files are unfinished images that require professional editing software and processing. We deliver fully edited, high-resolution photographs that reflect our signature true-to-life style and meet the quality standards our couples expect.
Who edits our photographs?
Your wedding photographs are edited by the Pulse Productions team. We do not outsource editing overseas, ensuring your memories receive the same care and attention from the people who captured them.
Are engagement sessions included?
Engagement sessions are not included in our standard wedding photography packages but can be added to any booking. An engagement session is a great opportunity to become comfortable in front of the camera, get to know how we work, and create beautiful photographs before your wedding day.
Do you charge travel fees?
No. We do not charge travel fees, mileage fees, or accommodation fees for weddings within British Columbia, Alberta, or Saskatchewan. Our pricing is based on the coverage you require, not your wedding location.
Can we purchase additional hours?
Yes. Additional coverage can be added to any photography package if you need more time. Whether you want extended morning preparations, additional reception coverage, or extra time for portraits, we can customize coverage to suit your wedding day.
What happens if it rains?
Some of our favourite wedding photographs have been captured during less-than-perfect weather. We always work closely with couples to identify covered locations or indoor alternatives if necessary. Ultimately, it is up to the couple to secure a Plan B “rained out” location. Rain rarely prevents us from creating beautiful images.
Do you help with timeline planning?
Absolutely. We work closely with our couples to create a detailed wedding day timeline that allows enough time for photography while ensuring the day flows smoothly. Our experience photographing weddings throughout British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan allows us to provide guidance and recommendations based on real wedding experience.
Do you travel for weddings throughout British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan?
Yes. We proudly photograph weddings throughout British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. Whether you’re planning a wedding in Kelowna, Victoria, Edmonton, Calgary, Saskatoon, Regina, or anywhere in between, we’re happy to travel to your celebration.
How do we reserve our wedding date?
To reserve your wedding date, simply contact us to confirm availability. Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll prepare your contract and booking invoice. Your date is officially secured once the contract has been signed and the booking retainer has been received.
Are payment plans available?
Yes. We offer flexible payment plans to help make budgeting easier. Many couples choose to divide their balance into multiple payments leading up to the wedding day. We can discuss available options during your consultation.
Can we order prints and albums?
Yes. All couples receive access to our online print store, where they can order professional-quality prints and albums directly from their gallery. Album upgrades and additional print products are also available.
Do you carry liability insurance?
Yes. Pulse Productions Inc. carries liability insurance and can provide proof of coverage if required by your venue. Many wedding venues require vendors to carry insurance, and we’re happy to provide documentation when needed.
Do you bring backup equipment?
Yes. We bring professional backup cameras, lenses, memory cards, batteries, audio equipment, and lighting equipment whenever possible. Redundancy is an important part of protecting your wedding memories.
Can we customize a package?
Absolutely. While our packages are designed to meet the needs of most couples, we understand every wedding is unique. Additional coverage, engagement sessions, albums, and other enhancements can be added to create a package that fits your specific needs.
How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book their wedding photography 12-18 months before their wedding date. Popular dates, especially Saturdays during peak wedding season, can book quickly. We recommend reaching out as soon as you’ve selected your venue and date.
