When does coverage begin on our wedding day?
Coverage is flexible and based on your timeline. Most Summit Package couples choose to begin coverage during the tail end of morning preparations (approximately 1-2 hours of morning prep coverage) and continue through their major reception events, ensuring the complete story of their wedding day is documented.
How many team members attend a wedding?
The Summit Package includes a 2-to 3-person media team consisting of photographers and videographers working together to document your wedding day from multiple perspectives.
Do we receive both photography and videography?
Yes. The Summit Package includes professional wedding photography and videography coverage, providing both edited photographs and professionally produced wedding films.
What is included in the Content Creation Package?
The Content Creation Package includes behind-the-scenes photos and short video clips captured throughout your wedding day. These are perfect for sharing on social media while you wait for your final photographs and films.

Do you carry liability insurance?
Yes. Pulse Productions Inc. carries liability insurance and can provide proof of coverage if required by your venue. Many wedding venues require vendors to carry insurance, and we’re happy to provide documentation when needed.
Do you bring backup equipment?
Yes. We bring professional backup cameras, lenses, memory cards, batteries, audio equipment, and lighting equipment whenever possible. Redundancy is an important part of protecting your wedding memories.
Do you travel for weddings throughout British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan?
Yes. We proudly serve weddings throughout British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. Whether you’re planning a wedding in Kelowna, Victoria, Edmonton, Calgary, Saskatoon, Regina, or anywhere in between, we’re happy to travel to your celebration.
Do you charge travel fees?
No. We do not charge travel fees, mileage fees, or accommodation fees for weddings within British Columbia, Alberta, or Saskatchewan. Our pricing is based on the coverage you require, not your wedding location.
How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book their wedding photography 12-18 months before their wedding date. Popular dates, especially Saturdays during peak wedding season, can book quickly. We recommend reaching out as soon as you’ve selected your venue and date.
